We offer digital content, courses, and services, including the MexiPath Blueprint, Coaching, and VIP Concierge. Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access for your own use. Sharing account access is not permitted.

3. Payments & Refunds
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. Any refund guarantees will be stated on the specific product page at checkout. If not stated, sales are final. For help, contact [email protected].

4. Coaching & VIP
Coaching and VIP provide guidance; you retain responsibility for your decisions and outcomes. We do not provide legal or tax advice. Time-boxed services (e.g., 6-month support) expire if not used within the window.

6. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of outcomes; examples are illustrative. Your results depend on your actions and circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including the MoveMap, templates, videos, and course materials, is owned by MexiPath and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without permission.

8. Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to damage it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MexiPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to conflicts of law.
